The number of riders participating in a road race shall be limited to 200.
The number of titular 1 riders per team
shall be set at 4 minimum and 10 maximum.
The organizer shall indicate in the programme
or technical guide and on the entry form the maximum number for his race.
That number shall be the same for all teams.
No account shall be taken of any riders entered in excess of that number.
For juniors men and juniors women,
the maximum gear ratio authorized 2
