Robert has to lose weight and exercise each day. He can't smoke or drink. Before work, he has to walk one mile. He can't have his usual bread and eggs for breakfast. For lunch, he can't order the fried 12 chicken. And for dinner, he has to eat fish and vegetable.

Robert also has to slow down at the office. Now he can only work four hours a day. He can increase his hours each month, but can never work more than seven hours a day.
