希望你们能同意分批装运。
B: How many times?
分几批？
A: 4 times. The location term is from March to July next year. It will be transacted 2 once every month. The first delivery is in March.
分四批，装船期限为明年3月到6月，隔一个月交易一批，第一批是3月。
B: How to arrange the quantity?
数量怎么安排呢？
A: If you do not have any special requirements, we will make an average allocation. So it will be 40 tons each time.
如果你们没什么特别要求的话，就平均分配，每批40吨。
B: It is not good on average allocation. How about 60 tons for the first load, then 30 tons each?
平均不太好吧，第一批交60 吨，后两批交30吨吧。
A: No problem. I will contact the manufacturer later.
应该没什么大问题吧，回头我跟厂家联系一下看看。
B: Thanks.
谢谢。 “loading term”意为“装船期限”，“term”这里是“期限”的意思。“How about”是“……怎么样”的意思，用于提出意见，例如：How about we meet at 7 pm?（我们晚上7点见面如何？）
