Let me give you a brief description of the job. You will be responsible for answering the main phone line and transferring 1 calls to the appropriate departments. If there is no one available, you will take a message and put it in their inbox. You will greet all people that walk through the front door and have them wait in the lobby 2 area. You will take inventory 3 of the supply closet weekly and order items if we run low on supplies. This is a full-time 4 position. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. You will get weekends and all national holidays off. We need someone who is detailed-oriented and can multi-task. If you think you can do all of the above, we would love to hire you.
