Daniel: What kind of personality do you think you have?
Mr. Chang: I'm easy to approach and friendly to everyone.
Daniel: Do you think you are introverted or extroverted 1?
Mr. Chang: I'm quite outgoing, I think.
Daniel: Are you more of a follower 2 or a leader?
Mr. Chang: I don't agree with someone else's opinion if I think he's wrong, but when I understand his thinking and see he has some good ideas, then I'm very happy to go along with him.
