So I say to my father, "Let's walk to the city today."

My father says, "It's too far. We have to take the car."
爸爸说，“太远了。我们得开汽车去。”
So I say to my mother, "Let's drive to the city today."
于是，我对妈妈说，“我们今天开车去城里吧。”
My mother says, "The car is broken. We have to take a taxi."
妈妈说，“汽车坏了。我们得坐出租车去。”
So I say to my father, "Let's take a taxi to the city today."
于是，我对爸爸说，“我们今天乘出租车去城里吧。”
My father says, "It's too expensive. We have to take the bus."
爸爸说，“出租车太贵了。我们得乘公共汽车去。”
So I say to my mother, "Let's take the bus to the city today."
于是我对妈妈说，“我们今天乘公共汽车汽车去城里吧。”
My mother says, "It's too cold. We have to stay home."
妈妈说，“天太冷了。我们得呆在家里。”
So I say to Danny, "Let's go to the city today."
于是，我对丹尼说，“我们今天去城里吧。”
It's not too far. It's not too expensive. It's not too cold.
路不太远。费用不太贵。天不太冷。
We'll ride our bikes to the city. Just us.
我们骑自行车去城里。就我们俩。
We'll go to the park to play.
我们去公园玩。
We'll go to the movie theatre to watch a movie.
我们去电影院看电影。
We'll go to a restaurant to eat supper.
我们去饭店吃晚饭。
Do you know what Danny says?
He says, "OK!"

That's why he is my favorite friend.
