Okay, number two: Go to the wilderness 1. Be like Buddha 2, have your own revelations. 好的，第二，去旷野探索吧。像佛祖一样，有自己的启示。
I'm not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, 我不是在说我们马上要去盖个山中小屋隐居起来，也不是要你们互不往来，
but I am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often. 而是说大家可以坚持除去障碍，专心的进入自己的脑海里，时不时得再深入一点。
Number three: Take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. 第三点，好好的检视一下你的行李箱里面有什么，为何你要把它们放进去。
So extroverts 3, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. 外向的人们，也许你行李箱也装满了书。
Or maybe they're full of champagne 4 glasses or skydiving equipment. 又或许塞满了香槟杯或高空跳伞设备。
Whatever it is, I hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. 不管是什么，我希望你不时将它拿出来，与我们共同分享你的快乐与能量。
But introverts 5, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. 而内向的人们，当你自己就好，你或许会害怕去跟别人分享你行李箱中的东西，那也没关系的。
