The day is cold, and dark, and dreary 1; 天气骤寒，满眼沉闷晦暗，
It rains, and the wind is never weary; 雨意阑珊，风，从未如此凄冷，
The vine still clings to the moldering wall, 细长枝蔓，恣意爬满颓屺的墙，
But at every gust 2 the dead leaves fall. 狂风乍起，落叶舞起凋零，
And the day is dark and dreary. 无端愁思 ，难遣心中惆怅。
My life is cold, and dark, and dreary; 我的日子，犹如郁郁寡欢落雨，
It rains, and the wind is never weary; 淅沥雨丝，涂抹冬天忧郁，
My thoughts still cling to the moldering past, 思绪亦长，恣意爬满颓屺的墙，
But the hopes of youth fall thick in the blast, 曾经豪情，铺砌一地枯黄，
And the days are dark and dreary. 悲欢几许，难遣心中惆怅。
Be still, sad heart! and cease repining; 伤痛的心，暗自不再抱怨，
Behind the clouds is the sun still shining; 云层后面，穿越阳光万里，
Thy fate is the common fate of all, 天行健，君子自强不息，
Into each life some rain must fall, 走过坎坷，走过栉风沐雨，
Some days must be dark and dreary. 痛苦凝结，最后珍藏的记忆。
