LATIF:OK.Now,where am I going next month?



SECRETARY:You're going to Los Angeles and Toronto at the beginning of April,



and Frankfurt later in the month.



LATIF:I hope I've got a few days between trips--



this month has been terrible!I got back from Rome on the thirteenth



and left again for Sydney on the fifteenth!

SECRETARY:Yes,I'm sorry about that,

LATIF:That's OK.So when am I going to Los Angeles?



SECRETARY:You're leaving on the fourth,changing planes at Singapore.



You arrive in Los Angeles that same morning,but you'll need the day to rest.



LATIF:Good.Who am I seeing in LA?



SECRETARY:You're meeting Ms Learner on Monday morning and Mr Singh in the afternoon.



On Tuesday you're visiting the factory of one of our clients 4



and on Wednesday you're attending an international conference 5.



LATIF:That is going to be busy!When do I go to Toronto?



SECRETARY:You're flying there on Thursday.



You're meeting new clients on Friday and Monday.



LATIF:Good,so I can see my sister at the weekend.When do I get back?



SECRETARY:You leave on the thirteenth,and get home on the fifteenth.It's a long trip!



LATIF:OK.What about Frankfurt?



SECRETARY:You're going to Frankfurt on the twenty-first,returning on the twenty-fourth.



LATIF:Fine.What else am I doing in April?



SECRETARY:Well,you're taking a day off!



You've got a long flight back from Toronto,



so you're having the sixteenth as holiday to spend with your family and to rest.
