Three foreign dairy producers, Wyeth, Beingmate and Meiji have been exempted 1 from punishment. As the head of the Chinese price watchdog has explained, it’s because these companies have actively 2 cooperated with the probe.
三家外国乳制品公司—惠氏，贝因美和明治公司被免除处罚。中国价格监管局局长解释说，作出这一决定是因为该三家公司积极配合了此次调查。
Xu Kunlin, Head of Price Supervision 3 & Anti-Monopoly Bureau, NDRC, said, "In accordance with the anti-monopoly law, these companies have provided important evidence, actively cooperated in the investigation 4 and carried out active self-rectification, then can be exempted from punishment."
价格监督检查及反垄断局局长徐坤林表示，根据反垄断法，这几家公司提供了重要证据，积极配合了调查并进行了自我改正，所以可以被免除处罚。
