PRAGUE, May 31 (Xinhua) -- Jamaican Usain Bolt clocked 9.91 seconds on Tuesday to win the 100 meters at the Golden Spike 1 meet in Ostrava.
Fellow Jamaican Steve Mullings timed 9.97 for the second place and Daniel Bailey of Antigua was third in 10.08.
