Tunisia's Club Africain qualifies for CAF quarterfinal

TUNIS, April 7 (Xinhua) -- Club Africain qualified 1 on Saturday for the quarterfinal of the African Confederation Cup after beating Ethiopia's St George 2-0 in Rades, the official TAP press agency reported.
Africain which managed to clinch 2 a 1-1 draw in their away match, scored in the third minute thanks to a long distance shot by Skander Ben Cheikh, and doubled the score at the 29th minute when Amir Hadj Messaoud scored a neat penalty goal.
The second half proved a history of missed opportunities for St George with Adam and Biluk closely missing Ben Ayoub's goal posts.
Thanks to its calm and experience, Africain managed to resist St George's relentless 3 pressure and retain its 2-0 lead, qualifying for the next round of the African Confederation Cup.
