The suspect in the shooting at Washington's Holocaust 6 Memorial Museum remains 7 in critical condition at an area hospital; police say a notebook in 88-year-old James von Brunn's car included accusations 8 about President Obama and the Holocaust. Von Brunn is charged with the killing 9 of security guard Stephen Tyrone Johns, he could face the death penalty if convicted.
