sense,感觉到,意识到（后加that引导出所感觉到的事情）。
I sensed that I had made a serious mistake.我意识到自己犯了个严重的错误。
上面sense被用作动词，sense用做名词时有更多的意思。
sense,道理;益处,效用(后加of或in)。
What's the sense of arguing with him?同他争论有什么用处呢?
There is no sense in arguing with him.和他争论没有意义。(这里需要指出的是There is no sense后面要用in doing something)
sense还有许多别的意思。
sense,感觉;意识;观念。
She has no sense of time.
她没有时间观念。
Your brother has a good sense of humor.
你兄弟很有幽默感。
责任感就是 sense of responsibility。
