[00:28.14]Well, he wants to test the limits

[00:36.50]the poles he learned 2 that everyone has limits,
[00:39.60]but the limits are in us,not outside us.

[00:48.69]Yes...one very good piece of advice is this:

[00:54.21]is your brains not your legs,
