Mexican authorities released video on Thursday of a Texas teenager who used an aflluenza defense 1 in a fatal drunken-driving accident. The video shows Ethan Couch being taken to the Mexico City airport to fly back to the United States. Couch arrived back in Texas and is scheduled for a detention 2 hearing in Fort Worth on Friday.
A man with 2 handguns was detained Thursday at the Disneyland in Paris. He was found with weapons and ammunition 3 after trying to pass through hotel security. No one was hurt in the inccident and the park remained open after the arrest.
Officials of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention say the that 11 cases of travel-associated Zika virus have been reported in the Continental 4 United States. The CDC is warning pregnant women to postpone 5 travel plans to areas where Zika virus has been reported.
Barbie is getting a major makeover. Mattel announced on Thursday that curvy, tall and petite versions of the iconic plastic doll will soon be sold. Barbie will also be more diverse, coming in 7 different skin tones.
