W: Could you give me some information on your European tours?

M: We have several package tours you may choose from 10 days to 4 weeks in Europe.

W: I would be interested in a 3 week trip.

M: One moment please, and I will check what’s available. We have one 3 week tour that is still available. It will depart from Ottawa on next Wednesday.

W: What is the cost?

M: The price for one person for a 3 week tour is 2,500 dollars which includes round trip air fare.

W: Sounds good. Let me think it over.

Dialogue 2.

W: I’d like to make a reservation. What flights do you have from Sydney to Hong Kong tomorrow?

M: Just a second, and I will see if there are any flights.

W: I need an economy ticket with the isle 1 seat.

M: OK, anything else?

W: I don't want a morning flight. What’s the exact fare?

M: 565 dollars one way and 820 dollars round trip, and the departure time is 3:30 p.m. Is it all right?

W: OK, thanks.

M: Will this be a one way trip or a round trip?

W: A one way trip, please.

M: By the way, which would you prefer, a smoking seat or a non-smoking seat?

W: I’d like a non-smoking seat. And what time should I check in?

M: Please get to the airport before 2:30.

Dialogue 3.

W: If I want to rent an economy car, how much would it cost?

M: 20 dollars a day, or plus 39 cents per mile.

W: I’d like to reserve one for next week. And I’ll need it from the fifth to the tenth. Could I have one for tomorrow morning?

M: Do you have your driver’s license 2?

W: Of course, I have my own license. It’s right here.

M: Good. Now just complete this form and let me see your credit card, please.

W: What time shall I return the car?

M: You may bring it back by 5:30 p.m.

Dialogue 4.

W: Is there any model running a special now?

M: Let me check. And what size do you prefer?

W: Well, I would like to rent a compact car. How much does it cost?

M: 35 dollars a day.

W: How about the sub-compact cars?

M: 30 dollars a day.

W: I will be satisfied with the small one. And I will take it.

M: OK, please fill in this form.

W: What’s the rate for the economy car?

M: We have a mid 3 week special. It’s 25 dollars a day.
