F：you will hire local people to work in the branch office?
M:Of course, We want to be the part (integrate into)of their community.
(Locals know the language, how the business is done and they have local contacts)
F: but not everyone will be local?
M: no we’ll bring in some management from our home office.
F:Management in a branch office is very important.
M:we need managers who know the business.
F: who are sensitive to local needs
M: not novices(rookie), the managers need to have experience.
Q:Who will work in the branch office
A: locals and managers from the home office
Dialog 3:
F: Well, it seems that though you have everything under control.
M: and we will look at the proposals 3 we received.
F; and decide on the most attractive site.
M: Then we’ll start construction.
F: and hiring.
M:we’ll fill all requirements, video production in the new office,and….
F: design in the home office.
M: and with a untapped market,who knows what is possible.

M:Thanks, but we are not finished yet.
