On Saturday, Scott Napper was heading to Proposal 1 Rock with 22-year-old Leafil Alforque to officially ask her to be his wife.

“I just can't say how horrible I feel about this whole thing. It's like the worst nightmare 4 anyone could possibly imagine, you know, and I, it's, it's just hard... ”
