23.Theory and Practice
When talking about the importance of theory and practice,some people think theory is rather empty and abstract,so we should try to pratice a lot to obtain our goals;while others maintain that practice is rather too blind and what we really need is to understand profound theories.
Both of these viewpoints have own shortcomings.:The former one only focuses on the importance of practice,but in fact,practice without the guidance of theory is just like a car without an engine.The latter one ignores the importance of practice.Paying no attention to the function of practice will only lead to empty words.
What we should do is to systematically 1 combine these two viewpoints.In our practice,we should try to study the related theory to make our practice easier.While studying theories,we should try to think in which situations we can put the theories into reality.
