太多太多的美国人对权力一无所知——权力是什么，权力如何运作，为何有些人拥有权力。结果就是，那些极少数的懂得权力的人不平衡地影响着其他所有人。“我们要让公民学再度焕发生机”，公民学家刘柏川说，“正如美国革命或民权运动时期那样。”
