Well, new information now study got our attention yesterday, if you are getting a solid 8-hour-sleep or more at night, be aware, a new study says getting 8 hours maybe too much. And also says that too much sleep could double your risk of untimely death.

Doctor / of the national sleep foundation is here with us to talk about it, doctor thanks so much for being here, Good morning, so I think this comes a shock because we’ve been always heard 8-hour-sleep is the ideal number, now that saying is 7,

well, 7 is a great mount of sleeping, we think the normal range at the national foundation, we believe 7-9 hours with increase risks of /, with more than 9 hours of sleep, and appear dramatically increase of heart disease and death with less than 5 hours,

Why was sleeping 9 hours more be bad for your health? You know, that’s part of the information is thought to be possibly related to underlining diseases. So people who are already sick with something whether they know or not, may in fact need more sleep, but those of us just pushing the night oil and only getting five hours are increasing a risk that maybe changeable if we allocate 1 at seven.

Ok, So speaking for most of people who working the show, we gotta ask you about 5 hour thing. ‘cause that’s sounds bad and it sounds/, um, it is true you can make so-called / into your sleep get the five, you know, Sunday night, can you rest two or three hours in a nap on Monday to make up for what you lost

Well, a nap will /you somewhat, but irregularly / makes you hard to fall asleep when you have to, and 5 is what we see double risk of heart-disease and death, so we really wanna be close to that 7 hour number.

Wow, one of the other things says in the study talked about Jump sleep, saying when you sleep with constantly presence with electronic garget tree, what is that mean and why is that bad?
Well, it’s keeping us stimulating 2, Sleep serves an amazing purpose we store our /, make us feel good and energized 3 not dumb in the next day. It’s restore our balance for weight control, it gives us new ideas as we can solidate the information we learn during the day. It’s really serving a purpose for us, and this study demonstrates that we need our sleep.

Well, all I can tell you is, no matter what happened, I’m not throw out my fan, I seek my fan but that’s stain there, otherwise, it’s gonna be down five delete two, doctor /, thank you so much for being here, you gotta run.
