Q1. Premier Li Keqiang said the government plans to use two years to achieve the direct settlement of hospital expenses of retired people outside their hometowns. He says this requires tremendous efforts from all government departments invovled. What should those efforts be?
Q2. Some provinces are experiencing difficulties with their pension fund. Premier Li has laid out several options. What do you make of the pressure that this puts on the central government?
