 英文形容人“醉”了,你还只会想到drunk。酩酊大醉、东倒西歪、喝得失去知觉英文都该怎么说?


  1. Tanked
  Tank不仅有“坦克”的意思,还可以指“水槽”,英文里 tanked 或者 tanked up 都表示“喝得大醉”
  如:He got tanked at the party.
  他在派对上喝得大醉。
  2. Legless
  Legless这里不是说“没有腿”,而是形容某人喝醉后东倒西歪,意思是“醉醺醺的”。
  如:get legless on lager
  啤酒喝多了。
  Lager在美语里指“陈贮啤酒”。
  3. Hammered
  Hammer大家都知道有“锤子”的意思, hammered 就好比被锤子给敲了,形容喝醉的人最合适不过。
  如:They got hammered last night.
  他们昨晚都喝醉了。
  4. Out for the count
  Out for the count 原意是形容一个人被击倒,引申可以指一个人昏睡或失去知觉,也常用来形容喝多了什么也不知道了。
  如:I was out for the count so I didn't hear anything.
  我当时没知觉了,什么也没听见。
  5. Under the influence
  Under the influence 指的是在酒精的影响下,言外之意就是“醉了”。
  如:He was arrested for driving under the influence.
  他因酒后驾车被捕。
