Q2: A thematic equity 2 benchmark from financial data services provider Wind, which tracks a basket of companies related to the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, is down 18 percent since its peak last year. This year, though, it's up a paltry 3 2 percent, an underperformer out of other thematic plays out there. What’s going on here?
