现实生活中，人又何尝不是这样?几次失败后，便怀疑自己的能力，一再地降低成功的标准。他们不是没有能力取得成功，而是在心中人为地设置了一个高度，一个自认为无法逾越的高度，从而限制了自己潜能的发挥。
要想跳蚤跳出来很容易，敲一下杯子或加热一下杯底，它就会很快跳出来。人也是如此，只要坚信自己的能力，寻找成功的动力和压力，就能超越自己的“心理高度”。
不要自我设限。每天大声对自己说：我是最棒的，我一定会成功！
