In order to have a healthy baby, it is best for a woman not to do certain things while pregnant 1. Most babies have problems because their mothers took drugs or drank alcohol 2 while pregnant. Any food a mother eats, any beverage 3 she drinks and any drug she takes pass through the mother’s body and into the body of her unborn baby.
