Ukraine's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and acting 1 President Oleksandr Turchynov have been urging parliament to adopt a new constitution as quickly as possible. The two leaders told legislators on Tuesday that a new constitution must be in place before early elections, scheduled for May 25th.
