1.get off（down) your high horse—别那么趾高气昂，别那么自以为了不起！
2.fly off the handle! handle 原指“斧头”此处用来表示：一个人非常生气,勃然大怒。
3.roll one's eyes 翻白眼 通过这种行为来表示愤怒或是无聊的情感。
【例句】
1.Stop criticising everyone! You should get off your high horse and admit that you aren't perfect either!
别胡乱指责别人！人无完人你凭什么那么趾高气昂！
2. "Honey, please don't fly off the handle--I had a little accident with the car, but it certainly wasn't my fault."
