　　The customer is looking for a watch.
　　顾客正在找他喜欢的手表。
　　S: Let me suggest this one. It's an excellent watch, it looks good, and it's only $100.
　　店员：我向您推荐这个。它是一只非常好的手表，美观，而且只卖100元而已。
　　C: Hmm. That's not too bad. Does it have a stopwatch?
　　顾客：唔，还不错，它上面有秒表吗？
　　S: Uh, no. Analog 1 watches don't come with stopwatches. You'll have to get a digital 2 if you want a stopwatch.
　　店员：嗯，没有，指针式手表没有秒表，如果您要有秒表的，就得买电子表。
　　C: Oh. I see. Where are your digital watches?

　　S: Right here.

　　2．suggest vt. 建议
　　suggest表示“建议”时属意志动词，其后常接that从句作宾语，该从句中原本要使用助动词should，但should往往予以省略，而直接在主语后置动词原形。
　　suggest that + S +(should) + V 建议 ……
　　例：The professor suggested that Jim( should) apply for medical school.
　　（教授建议吉姆申请念医学院。）

　　4．analog watch 指针式手表
　　analog a. （钟表）指针式的，有长针与短针的
　　5．digital 数字式手表，电子表
　　digital a. 数字的，表示计数的

　　7．mind vt. 介意（用于否定、疑问、条件句中）
　　例：Never mind the expense.

　　Make it out to Time After Time.
　　= Make the check out to Time After Time.
　　把支票开给Time After Time。
　　10. make out a check 开支票
　　例：I didn't have enough money with me, so I made out a check.
　　（我身上的钱不够，所以开了一张支票。）
