在托福考试当中，写作一直是很多考生头疼的一部分。中国考生往往对阅读和听力这种输入型的测试比较在行，而写作是一种输出性的测试，要求考生具备一定的逻辑来组织和输出语言，同学们的作文常常因整体语言过于简单或偏口语化而拿不了高分。

因此要写出一篇出彩的托福独立写作作文，我们需要从两个方面入手：思路和语言。好的思路是通过练习解题形成，而好的语言则是积累语料得来。
就“语料”而，我们平时在看作文范文的时候很大一个任务就是要从中选取自己可以运用的“语料库”。同学们也可以读英文原版的文章、新闻甚至是托福阅读文章，找到自己能运用的词、句子或者是论点，从而像堆积木一样堆积成自己的作文。
