A:Good morning.
A：早上好。
B:Good morning. So, this is your new flat. It's rather nice,isn't it?
B：早上好。这是你的新公寓，挺好的，是吗？
A:Well, I like it because so convenient 2, only five minutes' walk to my school.
A：是的。我喜欢这公寓。因为方便——离我学校只需步行五分钟。
B:It certainly is. How many rooms has it got?
B：确实是。这公寓共有多少个房间？
A:There are three bedrooms, a large sitting-room,a kitchen and a bathroom.
A：有三间卧室，一间大客厅，一间厨房和一间浴室。
B:How are you going to decorate them?
B：你打算怎样装修？
A:Well, I'm going to paint the walls white and I'm going to make the curtains 3 tomorrow and they're going to be green.
A：呃，我打算墙漆成白色的；明天打算做窗帘，是绿色的。
B:What about the floor?
B：那么地板呢？
A:I have bought some brown carpets 4. They're very hard wearing.
A：我买了一些棕色的地毯，它们很耐磨。
B:It sounds lovely. I'm looking forward to seeing them finished.
B：听来很好，我盼着装修结束。
A:So am I. There's an awful lot of work to do before that time.
A：我也是。不过那以前有许多艰苦工作要去做。
