1. 3. Somalia has declared a new president on Wednesday. Former prime minister Mohammed Abdullahi from Farmajo took the oath of the office, as the long chaotic 3 country moved towards its first fully 4 functioning central government in a quarter century. 


4. And three Malayan tiger cubs 5 are being care for in the Cincinnati zoo's nursery. The zoo says the nursery staffers stepped in to help the cubs warm up and feed, as the first-time mother's maternal 6 instinct didn't kick in immediately.
