Hong Kong's anti-"Occupy Central" movement has met the press and announced that over one million signatures have been collected in support of the Hong Kong police.
Among the signatures nearly 270 thousand were collected online and 830 thousand gathered on the street. The campaign to rally 1 support for police started last Saturday and lasted for nine days. People had to show their IDs to sign and each could only sign once. On the first day of the campaign, locals even queued up at some stations to leave their signatures.
