M: I know, I am going to need new staff.
F: You are going to need trained people to run this new equipment.
M: They have to be computer literate.
F: and also creative.
M: That is an easy combination to find nowadays.
F: True. most graphic 2 designers are familiar with computers
M: and designers are by nature creative.
Q: what kind of staff would Mr.Hyde need?
A: computer literate and creative!

F: You have the perfect staff, computer literate and creative.
M: Thanks to my web search, they ‘ll use the best design software.

M: upgradeable and compatible with our current software.
F: Compatibility is good. Is the software easy to use?
M: Other users say it is ,they say it is very user-friendly.
F: so the learning curve should be short.
M：Very, besides, I am hiring staff who are computer literate.
Q：Why will the staff learn fast.
A: The staff are computer literate and the software is user- friendly.
