Will和Would有什么区别？

首先让我们来看一道题：
The sky is very dark 1 now. I'm afraid it ( )
A. will rain B. is going 2 to rain
C. is about raining D. it would 3 rain
答案是B，这个可能没有问题。但是在我们学习的过程中，不能仅仅满足于一个正确答案，而是从一道题目中，掌握各个知识点。我们认为有必要讲讲A、D选项。也就是“Will”和“Would”的区别：
我们会在以下的情况用will：
1. 描述未来 – 讲我们相信会发生的事情。比如 We will be late.
2. 讲人们愿意做什么，比如 Do you think he will let me borrow 4 some money?
3. 对他人承诺，比如 I’ll pick 5 you up at 3pm.
Would 是will 的过去式。所以我们用它来：
1. 讲过去的事，比如 I thought 6 I would be late.
2. 假设，比如 We would not have any money if we didn’t work.
3. 礼貌，比如 Would you please copy 7 these forms 8 for me?
1 dark
adj.黑色的；暗的；黑暗的
- The night is too dark for us to see.夜间太暗，我们看不见。
- The sky was dark blue and clear when the moon came up.月亮出来时，天空是深蓝色的，非常晴朗。
2 going
n.去，离去，地面(或道路)的状况，工作情况；(复数形式）goings: 行为；adj.进行中的，流行的，现存的
- We're going to listen to a report this afternoon. 今天下午我们要去听报告。
- He hates leaving the office and going on holiday.他不愿离开办公室去度假。
3 would
aux.will的过去式；愿，要；常常；大概；将要，会
- Why would you say that?为什么你会这么说？
- Would you please help me?你能帮帮我吗？
4 borrow
vt.借，借入，借用；vi.借
- Can I borrow two books at a time?我可以一次借两本书吗？
- You can borrow this dictionary from the library.你可以从图书馆借到这本字典。
5 pick
n.精选，掘；鹤嘴锄；vt.摘，掘，凿，挑选，挖，挑剔；vi. 摘，掘，凿，挖，挑选
- Please don't pick the flowers.请勿攀折花木。
- We are going to pick apples.我们要去摘苹果。
6 thought
n.想法，思想，思维，思潮，关心，挂念；v.vbl.think的过去式和过去分词
- It was just a thought.这仅仅是一个想法。
- She thought he had a cold.她认为他感冒了。
