Rose 1 wanted a job. One day she saw 2 a notice 3: This office needs a typist 4. Rose was 5 excited 6. She went to the manager 7’s office.
Rose想找一份工作。一天她看到一份告示：办公室需要一个打字员。Rose很兴奋。她去了经理的办公室。
“Do you need a typist?” asked Rose.
Rose问：“您需要打字员吗?”
“Yes!” the manager said 8.
经理回答：“是的”。
Rose jumped up and clapped 9 her hands. She couldn’t help saying 10, “OK! I will take this job. How much will you pay 11 me?”
Rose跳起来，拍着手。她迫不及待地说：“太好了!我接受这份工作。你打算付给我多少钱?”
The manager thought 12 for a few 13 seconds and said, “I will pay you twenty-seven dollars in the first three months. Then I will pay you thirty dollars.”

- It was just a thought.这仅仅是一个想法。
