While another trough over northern and western Australia is also bringing showers and storms. In the south, a high pressure system is directing a southwesterly wind over Victoria and Tasmania.
Looking around the states.
In Queensland, stormy in the south and an odd shower in the west. And mostly sunny in the north.
New South Wales can expect showers and storms in the east and north, mostly sunny in the west of the state.
For Victorians, there'll be isolated 2 showers in the far east and south. Elsewhere a cool morning, then mostly a sunny afternoon.
Tasmania can expect a most sunny morning and a dry day.
Dry and sunny also in South Australia.
