Hi, I'm Bruce Marshall, fashion designer and Emmy Award nominated costume designer, here to show you how you might want to dress for an office Christmas party.

Now, some things to think about, now when you're having an office Christmas party, that does mean that basically you're at work cause that's when the parties usually take place. So basically what you're going to do, you'll have your regular work garb 1 but when it comes time for the party, you want to loosen it up, so the tie goes away and also you will probably loose your jacket.

But the one thing about a Christmas party or any party for any of the holidays is, you want to keep some things that are traditional to it. For instance, the color pattern. So of course if it's a Christmas party you're going to want to see something red and green, hence the vest. Say if it was a Halloween party, you know you would do a black and orange but since it's Christmas and it's a little bit festive 2, you really want it to show against white, you just use your red and green, just a little vest or a little like little hint of a Christmas element and you're all set for that big kiss under the mistletoe.

Now remember, also at a Christmas party, what usually happens, a little bit of drinking and a little bit of eating. And basically you want to keep it to a little bit because you just want to enhance the party, you don't want the little bit of drink to become the party. Very important to mind your manners at a Christmas party, especially when it's an office Christmas party. So again, happy holidays and take care.
