He likes computers,sports.The usual.Look at that hat.

The style is terrific,but I don't like the color.

What about a jacket? That's a fantastic idea.

Yes.Are you going to get it? I'm going to buy this. OK.

And then I really want to look for a baseball jacket.

But first need a dress to go with the hat.

Unit 9 Lesson 2 Office supplies

1.Hi. What can I get you?

This is for Anne Holland...What's the score? Zero-zero,so far.

2.She needs some paper for the printer.Letter-size.

How much? A lot.

Will five packs be OK? I think so.

3.And we need ... ...some fax paper.

How much? Not much,I guess. She doesn't say.

A couple of rolls'll be OK. Check that.

4.Oh and some envelopes.

How many? She's sending out rejection 2 letters to job applicants 3.

A lot. I'll give you a couple of hundred.

5.And some computer disks. Not too many.

Unit 9 Lesson 3 Simon's dream

1.You look tired,Simon. Didn't you sleep well last night?

I had a very strange dream. Yeah?

I went to Scotland 4 to play golf. That's not so strange.

2.But I played an amazing game.

After the first seventeen holes,my score was seventeen.

Seventeen? Seventeen. That means you hit seventeen holes-in-one.

3.One after another. I hit that ball.

It flew through the air,landed,and rolled into the waiting cup.

That's a great dream.I could do no wrong.Until the eighteenth hole.

4.What happened? It started fine. I drove onto the green.

I was about three feet away from golfing history.. the lowest score ever.

Simon.What happened next? Ninety-four putts.

That's no dream. That a nightmare 5.
