解读雅思听力考试中的各数字考点-英语课

　　1、基本数字：

　　（1）大数：
　　英语和汉语读数方法的不同使得听音时不能及时反应出实际数字，在日常生活和考试中都会造成一定的麻烦。要想快速准确进行数字对应，首先要弄清两种数字系统的对应关系：
　　千亿 hundred billion 3
　　百亿 ten billion 2
　　十亿 billion 5，
　　亿 hundred million 8
　　千万 ten million 6
　　百万 million 7，
　　十万 hundred thousand 1
　　万 ten thousand 3
　　千 thousand 4
　　百 hundred 5
　　十 ten 2
　　个 one 9
　　通过比较我们可以看出，汉语中每位数字都有单独的名称，而英语中只有个，十，百，千，百万和十亿位的数字名称，每个数位的大小均以3位数表示。
　　如上图数字读作：three hundred twenty five billion， eight hundred sixty seven million， one hundred thirty four thousand and five hundred twenty nine.
　　掌握数字中的分节号“，”对掌握这种对应关系很有帮助，每个“，” 左面恰好是英语数字的一个数位名称thousand， million and billion，在汉语中分别是：千，百万和十亿。
　　请大家试读以下数字：
　　13，625，004，069
　　32，006，080，005
　　Answer：
　　Thirteen billion， six hundred （and） twenty-five million， four thousand and sixty nine.
　　Thirty two billion， six million， eighty thousand and five.
　　（2）分数
　　分子用基数词，即one， two， three， four…，分母用序数词，即first， second， third， fourth…，分数线不读。
　　1/3 one third
　　5/8 five eighths. 分子大于1，分母用复数。
　　1/4 one quarter
　　3/4 three quarters
　　（3）小数
　　小数点读成point.
　　0.35 zero point thirty-five； nought 1 point thirty-five； point thirty-five（4） teen vs ty
　　听力中经常出现十几和几十的辩音。teen是长音，并且有明显的n鼻音，而几十ty是短音，且无任何鼻音。若在考试过程中未能分清，则猜几十ty.
　　2、电话号码：
　　（1）电话号码中的0比较特殊，可读作：zero， nought， null， nil 2， nothing， oh.
　　Nought在考试中用的比较多，经常会听到nought point 3，（0.3）3：0 three nil 足球比赛中较常用。
　　（2）读电话号码总的规则是：国家代号，地区代号和具体号码分开来读。如01，021，87654321对于一个特定地区的电话，一般来说只有7位或8位。
　　7位的号码，读的时候前三位一组连在一起，后四位一组连在一起。如8645259，读作eight six four， five two five nine8位的号码，可以四个一组来读。
　　两个或三个相同的数字可以用double和triple来代替，比如2266555可读作double two double six triple five， or two two six six five five five.
　　（3）数字之间搭配产生的可能语音现象：连读，失去爆破。如00 读成double oh ，听起来像w； 1800 往往读成one eight hundred，one的n与eight的ei连读， eight的t与hundred的h失去爆破，只能听到h音却听不到t的音，因此听起来像one hundred的发音。88读做double eight， l与ei连读。
　　（4）区号经常在电话号码的后面读出来，有时电话号码与区号之间夹杂着干扰信息。所以在听到电话号码后，一定注意后面还有没有数字的出现，很有可能是区号，必须要写上。如果真的失误没听到，补救方法为：找这个地区的名称代替。即直接讲区名写在电话号码之前代替区号。
