Judging other people and speaking poorly of them isa lot like over indulging in a decadent 2 dessert; it feels good while you're doing it, but afterwards, you feel guilty and sick.
评判别人或是说别人的坏话就像是沉溺于过期的甜品，当你在做的时候感觉很好，但随后你就会感到内疚和厌恶。
Sociopaths find real pleasure in being mean.

For the rest of us, criticizing other people （even privately 3 or to ourselves）is just abad habit that's intended to make us feel better about ourselves.

Unfortunately, it doesn't. It just creates a spiral of negativity.
