A lot of people tell their students that when somebody's done something bad,tell on them to tell when they do something bad 很多老师这样教育学生 做错了事要说出来 告诉他们 当做错事情的时候要说出来
But you tell them to tell when they've done something good, Right 但你告诉学生 做了好事也要说出来 没错
You actually say,tell somebody if somebody's done something good and celebrate that.Right 你的原话是 如果有人做了好事 就告诉别人并一起庆祝 是这样
Because we have be-kind be-kind days,Everyday is be kind day,But we on Friday wear be-kind shirts 因为我们有“友善日” 每天其实都是“友善日” 但是我们每到周五会穿“友善”衫
What happened is we asked the students to share and we watch for them to be kind to each other 我们让学生学会互相分享 并监督他们善待彼此
and we have little charms 1 and awards for them,And we announced in the lunch room when they are kind.Incredible 如果他们做到了 我们会奖励小礼品 当有友好的事情发生时 我们会在午餐室里宣布给大家 很棒啊
Those kids are so fortunate to be at school with you,I wanted everyone to know of you and meet you 孩子们能由你照顾真的是很幸运啊 我想让每个人都知道你 认识你
I want more people to know about you and hope you inspire other teachers and principals out there 希望有更多的人了解你 希望你能激励其他的校长们和老师们
