Being hungry generates a powerful, often unpleasant physical sensation that's almost impossible to ignore. After you've reacted by gorging 1 on your morning pancakes, you start to experience an opposing force, fullness, but how does your body actually know when you're full?
饿肚子会让身体有种强烈的不适感，而要忽视这种不舒服的感觉几乎不太可能。在你大口吃下早餐的薄饼来缓解这种饥饿感后，你就会体会到另一种完全相反的感受，那就是饱足感，但你的身体到底要怎样才能知道你何时会饱呢？
