give (somebody) a chance 1 给某人机会
与前几个例句一样的形式，give (sb) a chance 表示“给某人机会”，也可以用 opportunity 2 代替 chance。如果想提到具体的机会内容的话就可以用 chance (opportunity) to+动词的形态。
例句：
Won't you give me just one more chance?
你能不能再给我一次机会？
I'll give you another chance.
我会再给尔一次机会。
I'm going 3 to give you an opportunity to do that.
