Today we’re looking at something which has become very popular 2 in Britain 3: speed 4 dating. To tell us about speed dating, we’re going 5 to meet a young British 6 man called Adam, who is looking for love. Well you turn up at the venue 7, which is often a pub 8. And you feel a little nervous 9 maybe because there are not that many people there yet 10. Then you go in and you sign up for a speed dating round. And that means 11 you will be sitting down in a group of maybe 12 women and 12 men, and you speak to one woman for three and a half to four minutes. And then you just switch 12 tables, the men are the ones who have to move, the women just get to relax 13. And well both people can just talk about what they want really, they could 14 say talk about their interests 15 or they could just talk about the weather. It's up to them. Have you tried this, Finn? Finn: Me? Well actually 16 yes, I have tried it, but it was 17 a long, long, long time ago. But it was a lot of fun though 18, and as 1 Adam said 19, it’s a great idea for meeting 20 a lot of people quickly.
