   为了帮助大家解决上述的困扰,我想给大家分享一下现在流行的一种新的运动模式。大家听说过“skip the gym”这个说法吗?按照字面意思讲,就是“跳过健身房”。顾名思义,就是一些不需要借助健身房的器械也能完成的运动。

  Tabata is a High Intensity 2 Interval 3 Training (HIIT), which alternates between intense exercises (e.g. jumping and squatting) to keep your heart rate up, but allow periods of rest to keep you going.
  Tabata是一种高强度间歇训练(HIIT),即让受训者在激烈的运动(例如跳跃和下蹲)之间交替进行,可以让心率加快,但同时让你间歇性的休息一下(以备之后的训练)。
  接下来我给大家分享一个日本人发明的“tabata”训练法,属于高强度间歇性训练,它的特点就是把训练的时间和间歇时间按2:1的比例规定出来后循环8组,一般常见的tabata的训练模式就是训练20s休息10s共循环8次一共就是4分钟。
  大家可以现在跟着我来尝试一下。
  Perform squats 4 for 20 seconds.
  做20秒的深蹲。
  Rest for 10 seconds.
  然后休息10秒。
  以上的动作重复8组(即20秒深蹲+10秒间隙)。
  Rest for 1 minute.
  休息一分钟。
  Perform the mountain climber for 20 seconds.
  做20秒“登山者的动作”。
  Rest for 10 seconds.
  然后休息10秒。
  以上的动作重复8组(即20秒登山者动作+10秒间隙)。
  Success! You just burned 336 calories.
  你成功了,你烧掉了336卡路里。
  除了上述的动作,TABATA还有几个动作,大家也可以参考一下下列的几个动作:
  Pull over 卧推
  Begin on all fours with knees and hips 5 align 6, then place your hands on a towel directly under the center of your chest. Engage your core and slowly slide your arms as far forward as possible. Hold for a brief second, then slide your arms back to start position.
  四肢着地(膝盖和双手),膝盖与臀部成一条线,然后双手放在胸前正下方的毛巾上。固定你的重心,尽可能向前慢慢地滑动你的手臂。保持一小会儿,然后将手臂向后滑动到开始位置。
  Diamond push-ups “钻石形”俯卧撑
