US president Barack Obama is set to unveil a job-creation plan in a nationally televised speech to a joint 1 session of the House and Senate.
Bloomberg News reported that the plan would inject more than 300 billion US dollars into the economy next year, through tax cuts, infrastructure 2 spending and direct aid to state and local governments.
