剧情简介
美貌聪慧的霍莉，嫁给了热情幽默的爱尔兰人盖瑞。两个人非常相爱，以至于在丈夫盖瑞因病去世后，霍莉的生活立刻失去了重心，止步不前。没有人比盖瑞更爱霍莉，也没有人比他更了解她。深爱霍莉的盖瑞，在去世前就已经提前安排了一系列后事，以指引霍莉走出悲伤，重新开始自己的生活。盖瑞的第一份信息是在霍莉30生日的时候，用生日蛋糕和录有自己声音的录音带来展现的。在此后的几个月里，更多的信息，以不同的方式传达到霍莉的手中，已经去世的盖瑞，用这种方式鼓励仍然活着的霍莉去尝试新的事物。他在生前所写的每份信息的结尾都标有“附注：我爱你”的字样。霍莉的家人和好友，担心霍莉会因此更加沉湎于过去。但事实上，盖瑞生前所做的这些安排恰恰给了霍莉去尝试新生活的勇气……
