CATTI考试在即，小编也在狠狠地背资料，就在上周末，韩老师带我们进行长达8小时考前冲刺，这一刺激，果然收获不少。今天小编独家爆料考前冲刺资料，赶紧转走背起来！

1第一标题咱们国家总在喊：建设小康社会，加强党的廉政建设，加快经济建设......这些建设你都懂么？小编第一反应就是动词build，名词construction，但是韩老师说了：此建设非彼建设！！！
1）建设指在建设看得见摸得着的实体东西，或一砖一瓦盖起来的物体。
基础设施建设: infrastructure 1 construction
无障碍设施建设: construction of barrier-free facilities
2）当建设是抽象的概念，意在改进，提高，加强，所以翻译时可以用到improve, progress, develop, build, enhance；（这下不再词穷了～）
建设小康社会: build a moderately prosperous society
廉政建设: build a clean government
经济建设: economic development
党的建设: party-building
国家建设: nation-building
能力建设: capacity-building
人民道德建设: enhance people's morality
人权建设: human right development
特例一枚：社会主义核心价值观建设: the construction of core socialist 2 values
2最近天气这么，外面冷风呼呼吹，室内暖气烘烘热，温差这么大，室内室外几个来回进出，小编难免着凉生病了。病怏怏的人，称为“patient”，还有嘞？sick?

3政府工作报告中“率”字出现的次数真的好多呀，“天然气入户率”“城镇化率”“覆盖率”，一个percent都不能很好表达其中含义，那么怎么破嘞？请看下文分解。
天然气入户率80%: Eighty percent of households now have access to natural gas supply.
城镇化率达67%: Sixty-seven percent of population now is living in cities.
容错率千分之三: Only three errors in one thousand word are allowed.

另类数字频次表达：

调整频次不低于3年: （至少每三年调整一次）be adjusted every three years or longer
4每当我们想要实现一个目标或者是达到某个结果，前提都是需要做铺垫滴！那么“为某个目标创造条件”怎么表达呢？小编能直译想到的是：create…for sth.？唉，胡编乱造怎么能行，找韩老师求证一下下吧！或者发挥各自的“搜商”，上网查一查，必应是首选哟！
